We would like to get to know you better and help you make the best room selection before you make your reservation deposit. Please fill in the contact form below, and we will respond within 48 hours via email or phone. After we confirm your registration, you will be asked to make a deposit of 50% of your full tuition, to hold your spot. An early-bird discount of $100 is awarded immediately to those who make this deposit by September 15th, 2017. The remaining balance of total tuition, less any other discounts earned, will be due on or before December 15th, 2017 unless you make special arrangements with us. Rates start at $1,500 per person for the first week (Feb 2-10) and start at $2,700 for the full two-week retreat experience (Feb 2-17), depending on the type of accommodation and the date of initial deposit. We will discuss this with you in detail when we contact you. Rates include transportation between the airport and the retreat center (you are responsible for your airfare), accommodations, food, standard tours, and events. Additional discounts are available to returning retreaters and for referral registrations.

Room reservations are on a first-come basis. If you must cancel and we are able to fill your spot with another registrant, we will refund 50% of what you have paid. If you cancel and your spot cannot be filled, then you will lose your entire deposit.
If the retreats are canceled by the retreat host or facilitators, all participants will receive
a full refund. However, any travel expenses will NOT be reimbursed.
