Making Reservations

​

We would like to get to know you better and help you customize your guided retreat or independent guest-stay before you make your reservation deposit. Please fill in the contact form below, and we will respond within 48 hours via email or phone. After we confirm your registration, you will be asked to make a deposit of 50%, to hold your spot. Your remaining balance, less any discounts for current or former clients or referrals, will be due upon arrival at the Living Heart Sanctuary.  Our cancellation policy is located beside the reservation contact form below.

Rates

​

There are 3 options for the structure of your stay in the Living Heart Sanctuary.

My wish is to keep this unique eco-healthy Sanctuary accessible, as well as to honor the extraordinary transformative and customized guidance you will receive on the guided retreats.

Rates vary based on single or double occupancy, length of stay, services requested, as well as seasonally.

Discounts are available for referrals, and former clients.

OPTION 1:

A basic nightly room rate

This option is for guests who simply wish to have a healthy, peaceful vegan home-base from which to take care of their own food and activities independently. This option includes private room, shared bath, kitchenette, other shared indoor and outdoor space, and use of bikes and kayaks.

$110/night, 1-2 people ($99 for returnees)

Off-season rate (June – November): $90 ($80 for returnees)

OPTION 2: 

Basic nightly room rate, + $75 per session scheduled with Ellen ($125 for session shared with another guest):
Yoga/Living Movement session (customized to meet your specific needs)

Food-prep Hands-on Demo session with meal (raw vegan)

Private Mentoring session

This option is for guests who wish to be mostly independent, but would like some extra support and connection with Ellen.

OPTION 3:

Full Raw Vegan Retreat, 3 nights or 7 nights

This option is for those who wish for a guided experience, focused on empowering them to make lasting healthy lifestyle upgrades. 

 

3-night retreat, includes food + 1 movement or mentor session per day = $997 for 1 person; $1,497 for 2 people ($500 extra)

7-night retreat, includes food + 1 movement or mentor session per day = $1,970 for 1 person; $2,670 for 2 people ($700 extra)

Payments are accepted by check (made out to Living Heart Ministry and mailed to Ellen Livingston at 700 Curtis Blvd, Englewood, FL 34223), bank transfer (Venmo or Zelle), cash, or credit card (an additional 3% will be added to your tuition if using credit card). 50% deposit is requested upon registration, to hold your spot, and the remaining balance due upon arrival..

RETREAT tuition is all-inclusive, with the exception of transportation - you will need to arrange your own transport to and from the airport, and around town during your stay - and optional massage, other energy work or community events which are additional and paid directly by you to the local practitioners or vendors.

Living Heart Sanctuary and Retreats are projects of Living Heart Ministry, which is a Private Membership Association.

You will be asked upon arrival to sign our membership agreement, which will be emailed to you prior to your registration for your review. This structure ensures an ongoing ability to provide clients with the best and most leading edge natural health tools.
