Rates & Reservations
We would like to get to know you better and help you customize your retreat stay before you make your reservation deposit. Please fill in the contact form below, and we will respond within 48 hours via email or phone. After we confirm your registration, you will be asked to make a deposit of 50% of your full tuition, to hold your spot. An early-bird discount of $100 is awarded immediately to those who make their deposit 3 months ahead of their retreat start-date. The remaining balance of total tuition, less any additional discounts for current or former clients or referrals, will be due 2 weeks before the start date of your retreat (unless you have made special arrangements with us. Our cancellation policy is located beside the reservation contact form below.
We wish to keep these retreats accessible, as well as to honor the extraordinary transformative and customized guidance you will receive.
Tuition varies based on single or double occupancy, length of stay, as well as seasonally.
Discounts are available for early registration, referrals, and former clients.
*We also offer a basic nightly room rate for guests who simply wish to have a healthy, vegan home-base from which to take care of their own food and activities independently (rather than access full retreat services), and it is possible to purchase some services in an 'a la carte' fashion.

Payment is by check (made out to Ellen Livingston and mailed to me at 249 Old Englewood Road, Englewood, FL 34223), cash, or credit card (an additional 3% will be added to your tuition if using credit card). 50% deposit is requested upon registration, to hold your spot, and the remaining balance 1 week prior to the start date of a group retreat, or upon arrival for an independent guest.
Retreat tuition is all-inclusive, with the exceptions of transportation to and from the retreat center at the start and finish of your retreat (you arrange and pay for this), and optional massage, other energy work or community events which are additional and paid directly by you to the local practitioners or vendors.
Living Heart Retreats are projects of Living Heart & Purple Earth Ministries, which is our Private Membership Association. You will be asked upon arrival to sign our membership agreement, which will be emailed to you prior to your registration for your review. This business structure ensures our ongoing ability to provide our clients with the best and most leading edge natural health tools.
Room reservations are on a first-come basis. If you must cancel and we are able to fill your spot with another registrant, we will refund 50% of what you have paid. If you cancel and your spot cannot be filled, then you will lose your entire deposit.
If the retreats are canceled by the retreat host or facilitators, all participants will receive
a full refund. However, any travel expenses will NOT be reimbursed.
